REMOTE POWER SWITCH

Community - Set a Community name for NMS. The community name has to be

the same as the setting in NMS.

Permission - Set permissions for users. Options are Read, Read/Write, and No

Access.

Description - Type any relevant information.

Trap Notification

Receiver IP Address - Set the receivers IP address for receiving traps sent by RPS.

You can have up to 8 IP addresses.

Community - Set a Community name for NMS. The community name has to be as

the same as the setting in NMS.

Severity - Set Trap receiver levels. There are three possible levels:

· Information: To receive all traps.

· Warning: To receive only “warning” and “severe” traps.

· Severe: To receive only “severe” traps. (Please refer to NMS manual for

Trap levels.)

Acceptance – Choose Yes to receive traps, choose no to not receive traps.

Description – For notes.

Events - Select events for RPS to send traps. Click Select to open an Events List.

See Figure 9. Check the desired event Traps and click Apply.
